Right after my visit to Sunway University College, we headed to Inti College Subang Jaya which is situated right beside to Taylor University College. It’s building appear to be very new as it was just “put into operation” recently according to the staff there. The building was fully air-conditioned & consists of 11 stories. The library there seems require some upgrade as the collection of books there are not that much. Moreover, it seems to possess more old books.
That branch just runs for the ACCA & CAT qualification for the 1st year, thus implying that the lecturer might need some time to pick up some experiences (my own personal thought only).
Before ending, the staff that “attend” me that the remaining old building is to be reconstructed early next year. It will have another new building that is 15 stories high by two years later.

KL Trip 1 (Extra): Outbound snapshots

KL trip 2 --- Sunway University College
I had paid a visit to the campus on the afternoon of 14th July 2008. As we were rushing for time, I only had approximately an hour to have a brief look at the campus environment. Attention to all my junior classmate, here are the “report” of what I had seen & what I thought about what I had seen the other day. Sorry for no photos as the time for the visit was short.
The library appeared to be good for me as it had a vast collection of books. They had upper & lower ground. One is for humanities discipline & the other one is for science discipline. The IT facilities also appeared to be pleasant to be as it possessed hundreds of IT terminals for the students (That’s what the “tour guide” told me). The campus itself had portrait some ages as it appeared to be not that new to me.
As for the students itself, it seems to be a “small united nation” to me as the students appear to be from different nations: Asian, Africa, Europeans & etc. Proficient in English communication and written English seems to be a MUST in order to “survive” during the tertiary education.
Regarding the admission policies to the ACCA professional qualification for CAT fresh graduates, I will put it together with another institute in a separate post later.

KL trip 1--- Outbound experience
During the 1st phase of MAS promotion, I had requested for a trip as the net fare is MYR O excluding miscellaneous taxes. After some “discussion”, we picked 11th July as outbound date while 20th July being the inbound date.
After my 1st lesson of Paper 10 in the morning, went backed home for final preparation. At 4.30 pm, my uncle came and picks my family up heading to Miri Airport. Around 45 minutes later, check in process had been completed. We went straight in to the waiting hall after another 15 minutes later. As our flight is in the evening, the waiting hall was crowded with people (since 5-6pm is considered peak hour for Miri Airport) [Note: There are about 5-6 flights which departed between 5.20-6.15pm that day.]
Initially, my brother and I planned to have some snapshots on the aircrafts. But since the waiting hall is quite crowded, just forget about it. Around 6pm, they call us for boarding. We took off after one MASWings’ flight & one Air Asia flight. Firstly bound for Kuching first which took approximately 1 hour. Upon reaching Kuching in a rainy condition, transit passengers head off for immigration clearance. Then, we went around the airport to experience the environment for only about 15 minutes before being called up for boarding again in order to bind for Kuala Lumpur. We took off almost on time in a rainy condition, and then it is another 1 hour and 45 minutes flight from Kuching to KL. The flight touched down at KLIA at 9.45pm.
When compared to inbound flight experience yesterday (20th July 2008), the outbound flight appeared to be more pleasant in terms of cabin environment; particular in cabin air-cons and air pressure. The on board cuisine was better also. It was a very pleasant flight for me. The flight attendance even asked the passengers whether wish to have a second cup of drinks or not while yesterday ones; they just came back and collect the dishes boxes. If you don’t request, you got nothing. Even if you requested for it, their body language appear to be full of unwillingness to me.
Anyway, in conclusion: for my flying experiences this time, the outbound one is nicer for me (just that the pilots seems having less experiences as the taking off & landing was not very smooth in comparison to the inbound one. But as a overall “performances”, the praise goes to outbound flight staffs.

Backed at Miri...
Hello there. After 9 days of travelling around KL (or penisular), I am backed at Miri on 9 pm (at home) yesterday. There will be long long posts regarding the trip. Just wait as this process do take time, OK! As a starter, here are some simple or "lame" thing first.
The plastic bag of a Japanese bookstore located at Suria KLCC. There are lots of good books from the foregin publishers. Just that the retail prices are slighly higher. For those who wish to hunt for foregin publication, it is an ideal places. Just that your budget need to be sufficient also.
KL goodies. A type of cookies.
Tesco tissue. One for only RM 1.59. As what the company (or precisely the hypermarket) had said, its' own branded daily needs are much more cheaper than other branded names.
A Chinese Novel bought at Popular in Sunway Pyramid outlet. The retail price is RM 2 cheaper when compared with here.
Here are the Farmosa (Taiwan) books that are bought from KL. The up left & up right are mine that cost RM 15. The down left & down right are for my father & brother respectively.

Last semester...
Finally, today mark the starter for my last semester in Fajar for the CAT course by taking Paper 7 first and then Paper 10 later on Friday. I should be feeling great that I had taken my Paper 9 last semester. This new lecturer is definitely lack of lecturing experiences. The way of presenting the lectures are BORING*3! It looks like this last semester self effort & dedication are the key in order to pass the remaining papers of the course. Well. What can we do if not that one? Nothing much to mention about it more. To others who are same class with me now, lets' "struggle" together; haha.
That's all for the time being. I guess this might be the last post before I go outstation for 9 days. Will publish a few posts when I am back later.

火冒三丈:气死人
真的, 其实昨晚我已经花了一个多小时来“撰写”我的新贴子. 奈何我家的笔记本电脑的网路设置出了状况, 不能“提交”我的内容. 怪只怪我没把它给“save”起来. 现在只好“一切从来”呗!(Now is writing this with PC.)
话说昨天我又去了Pustaka and Civic library, 为的当然是去借书还书啦. 在Pustaka也 “顺便”看报纸. 在这里忍不住要报怨咱们人民的“公德心”似乎依然不足. 哪有人有“超能力”能同时间阅读两三份报纸的!? 实在岂有此理!
至于它们的冷气嘛, 倒是回到原来我所“熟悉”的温度了. 上一次去, 我以为管理人员也开始实行“节能减碳” (Reducing Carbon) 的措施, 将温度调高; 但昨天的的的确确是回到原本的设定温度了. 基于美里近期的温度也居高不下, 接下来的日子里或许可以考虑到那里去“享受”免费的冷气和报纸,只不过须要负担汽油啦…
在读报纸时,看到一篇题为“马来西亚人都是医生”的评论;感觉还真的是一针见血.虽然我国的社会都知道我们的教育体系象很多的亚洲国家一样“百病从生”, 也一直嚷嚷着说要改革; 然而似呼改来改去依然在“学术标青才是一切”的迷思里打转. 年复一年, 看看多少的优秀生为了挤上医学系及医药系的相关学科而使出“浑身懈数”便可以看出; 对于这些人而言, 大学本科 (Degree)必须能修得这个邻域的科系才是“正常”的; 然而是不是真的如此呢? 大概只有天知道吧?!
文学, 艺术, 才艺等等其实并不是没人注意; 就只因为没有“真的”能影响未来就业的考试便不获得大众的重视吧了…
